The KW Classic Youth Cashspiel concluded Sunday, with 5 teams added to the list of champions. The major event saw an expanded 55 teams competing at Westmount, KW Granite and Elmira, with U21’s, U18’s and U15’s all competing alongside each other.

Claiming the U21 title were teams Han Siyu and Hart. Han Siyu met team Kiemele in the women’s final, where a back and forth match went the way of the Chinese as they finished their Canadian tour with a victory. Hart matched up with team Sinnett in the men’s final, where the Americans were downed 5-3 by team Hart.

The U18 finals saw teams Inglis and Del Conte squaring off on the boy’s side, and teams Belliveau and S. Johnston meeting in the girl’s final. The boy’s final saw an extra end affair capped off by a double for the win by team Inglis. Team Belliveau captured the girl’s title, as they ran Johnston out of rocks in the 8th.

The U15 final saw teams Stratton and Tardif squaring off, with team Stratton emerging victorious.
